All-inclusive weddings

One contract, one invoice, one contact. All-inclusive venues bundle the venue, food, drinks, styling and often the celebrant and photographer into a single per-head or flat price — the format for couples who want a great day without becoming a project manager.

Typical spend

$18,000 – $50,000

Packages are usually quoted per head. The saving is real, but always price the same components separately once so you know what you're comparing.

Guest count

What it looks like

Ways couples do this

Estate packages

Regional properties that include accommodation, ceremony site, reception, catering and coordination for a fixed weekend rate.

Elopement packages

Two to twenty guests, with celebrant, photographer and flowers rolled into one price and a fixed two-hour window.

Venue-plus-styling bundles

The venue's in-house stylist handles tables, florals and hire so you approve a look rather than build one.

Worth knowing

Before you book anything

  • Get the inclusion list in writing, line by line — 'styling included' can mean anything.
  • Check what happens if your numbers drop: most packages have a minimum guest count baked in.
  • Ask whether you can swap out inclusions you don't need for credit elsewhere.

FAQs

All-inclusive weddings — your questions

What's included in an all-inclusive wedding package?

Typically venue hire, ceremony setup, catering, beverages, tables and styling, and coordination on the day. Many also include the celebrant, photography and flowers.

Are all-inclusive packages cheaper?

Usually 10 to 20 per cent cheaper than assembling the same components yourself, and far cheaper in your own time. You trade some choice for that.

Can we still use our own photographer?

Most venues allow it and will deduct their inclusion or offer credit. Confirm before you sign — a few package venues are strictly closed-list.
