How do credits work?
A typical verified wedding enquiry costs around 45 credits to match with. When you spend credits you get the couple's full contact details and a direct message thread. Up to 4 vendors per service can match to a wedding, then the couple picks one.
Do I have to be on a monthly plan?
No. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee — credits are $1.00 each and you buy them whenever a wedding looks right. Monthly plans simply bring the price per credit down and include credits automatically.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or pause at any time from your vendor portal. Changes apply from your next billing date.
Are the leads exclusive?
They're capped, not exclusive. A maximum of 4 vendors per service category can match to any wedding, so you're never one of twenty.
Are the enquiries verified?
Every enquiry is checked by our team before it hits the marketplace. Wrong numbers, duplicates and spam never reach you, and we credit you back if one slips through.
