About these terms

By submitting an enquiry, creating an account or purchasing credits on weddingvendors.com.au you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

For couples

Our service is free for couples. You submit one brief and we introduce you to a shortlist of no more than four vendors per service category who match your date, region and budget.

We verify enquiries and vet vendors, but we are an introduction service. Any contract, quote, deposit or booking is directly between you and the vendor. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for a vendor's work, pricing or cancellation policy.

You agree the details in your brief are accurate and that you are genuinely planning a wedding or event.

For vendors

Vendors buy credits to access verified enquiries. Credit prices, pack sizes and plan inclusions are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and expire 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise in your plan.

Each enquiry is released to a maximum of four vendors per service category. We do not guarantee any volume of enquiries, any conversion rate, or that a couple will respond.

You must contact couples only about the service they enquired about, respond in a professional and timely way, and never add them to marketing lists without consent.

Refunds and lead disputes

If a purchased enquiry has invalid contact details, is a duplicate, or is clearly not a genuine wedding enquiry, report it within 7 days from the vendor portal and we will credit your account back if the claim is upheld.

Credits are not refunded because a couple chose a different vendor, went out of budget, or stopped replying.

Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Part-months are not refunded.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not scrape, resell or redistribute enquiry data, misrepresent your business or insurance, or use the service to harass anyone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with credits forfeited where the breach involves misuse of enquiry data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost profits or costs arising from a vendor's conduct.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in the portal. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
